Return and Exchange Policy

  • All refunds are given in the form of store credit that never expires.
  • All returns and exchanges come with a flat $5 shipping fee. If you prefer to ship back using your own shipping method, please email us at sales@theprettypumpkin.com for mailing instructions.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping label and costs. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • Items must be in original condition with tags still attached and are subject to inspection. 
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the order delivery date. 
  • Items purchased on sale are final sale.
  • We cannot accept exchanges or returns on hair accessories, headbands and hats due to hygiene reasons. These items are final sale.
  • Exchanges will be issued store credit once the return is received that the buyer will use to re-purchase item/s.
