Looking for something special to wear to your upcoming event? The Pretty Pumpkin accepts custom order requests April-August. We’re thrilled to offer customized costume designs tailored to your specifications. Let's work together to create something magical!
Here's how it works:
Step 1: Initial Consultation
Contact us and complete our custom order form where you’ll give us details on the costume design you’re looking for. We’ll let you know if your idea is something we can create and discuss pricing and the amount of time needed to create your outfit.
Step 2: Design Process
Upon signing our custom order agreement, we'll begin developing a design for your custom order. To kickstart the process, a deposit of half the total cost is due.
Step 3: Proof of Design
Once the initial design is complete, we'll provide you with a detailed proof for your review. This gives you the opportunity to see how your costume will look and make any necessary adjustments before production begins. We value your input and want to ensure your costume exceeds your expectations. With that in mind, you'll have the opportunity to request one round of changes to the design.
Step 4: Finalization and Production
Once you're completely satisfied with the design, the remaining balance is due, and we'll move forward with production. We’ll be ready to bring your custom creation to life, utilizing high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship to ensure your costume is nothing short of extraordinary.
Step 5: Delivery
We'll keep you updated throughout the production process and provide tracking information once your order is ready to ship. All custom orders are final sale.
