Skirt is meant to rest on hips and be wore over your favorite pair of running capris, shorts or leggings. The skirt is made of a blue jersey with white stars, 3/4" non-rolled elastic waist band and all the cuteness you can handle!
Sizing:
Small: size 2-4, 12" long, fits hips up to 38"
Medium: size 6-8, 12" long, fits hips up to 42"
Large: size 10-12, 13" long, fits hips up to 46"
X-Large: size 14-18, 13" long, fits hips up to 50"
