This double layered sparkle running skirt is perfect to add some flare to your race outfit or costume.
Skirt is meant to rest on hips and be wore over your favorite pair of running capris, shorts or leggings. The skirt features a sparkle top over a sparkle skirt, 3/4" non-rolled elastic waist band and all the shine you can handle!
